Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Wildflower Laine Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@wildflowerlaineco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally.
